Steinhausen, Inc.

Jared Tracy October 8, 2015 Announcements

All Steinhausen products come with a one year warranty that covers every aspect of the product. If your product fails due to manufacturer defect, we'll repair or replace your item at no cost to you; you only pay shipping fees. This includes leather products such as wallets, money clips, and belts. It even includes watch straps and pins. If your watch strap breaks or wears out within one year of your purchase, we'll replace it for free (shipping fees may apply).

Battery service on Steinhausen watches is free as well. You will only need to pay shipping.

Winder service fees can vary. For the most part, repairs on winders run anywhere from $50 - $100 per motor. For example, if you have a quad winder with two defective motors, service fees will be between $100 - $200.

Winder repairs are warrantied for one year from the date of repair. Watch repairs are warrantied for one year from the date of repair.

If you have purchased a winder from an authorized Steinhausen reseller that offered a lifetime warranty on the motors or purchased your winder directly from Steinhausen, Steinhausen will repair or replace the motors for free. You will need to pay for shipping.

All Swiss movement Dunn Horitzon time machines come with a lifetime warranty on the Swiss movement. If the movement fails due to manufacturer defect at any time, we will replace your movement or watch for free. You will only need to pay for shipping. Dunn Horiztons without a Swiss movement are not covered under the lifetime warranty but are covered by our one year guarantee that covers all Steinhausen products and parts.
